Placing orders is easy! Once you have decided on a specific product and have a design in mind, just send us an email or a fax with the model number and page number of the product you wish to purchase. A representative from Deltona Trophy will call you to finalize the information needed to process your order.
For text-only submissions, please include all of the text, special characters, and font styles you would like us to incorporate in your customized products. All artwork must be submitted with a minimum of 300 dpi. With an art charge, we accept .jpeg, .bmp, and .tiff files.
Most of our listed items are stocked in our showroom inventory, or are readily available from our highly reliable resources. Once we have received your order, our professional engravers will supply you with a proof for your approval via email. Once we have received your signed approval of the artwork, custom engraving and production will take an average of 5 working days. NO ORDER WILL PROCEED WITHOUT A SIGNED CUSTOMER APPROVAL.
